Veronica Granata serves as the General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer of GFG Capital.  She oversees all legal and compliance matters of the firm.

Veronica has been in the financial services industry since 2006. Prior to joining GFG Capital in 2015, she worked at Bulltick Capital Markets, Microsoft Corporation, and Steel Hector & Davis LLP (now Squire Patton Boggs).

In addition to her professional experience, Veronica is an attorney licensed to practice in New York and Venezuela; and an Authorized House Counsel in Florida. Veronica holds a dual masters degree in business and law from Northwestern University School of Law and Kellogg School of Management; the FINRA Certified Regulatory and Compliance Professional (CRCP) designation; the Investment Adviser Certified Compliance Professional (IACCP) designation; the FINRA Series 7; and the FINRA Series 24. In addition, Veronica is a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS).
