Edgar Zbeda joined GFG Capital in 2011 and currently serves as the Trader. Edgar oversees all trading of the firm.

Edgar has been in the financial services industry since 1997. Before joining GFG Capital in 2011, he worked as a trader at Northern Trust for five years, managing multiple strategies with assets under the management of twenty-five billion.

Prior to Northern Trust, he was a trader at Polen Capital Management with over two billion under management. In addition, Mr. Zbeda was employed with Credit Suisse First Boston for five years in Miami and New York City and Standard & Poor’s in New York City for three years.

In addition to his professional experience, Edgar holds a Bachelor of Arts from the City University of New York at Queens College.
